Treasure Trails & GPS Challenges

One of the most flexible forms of team building imaginable and there is almost no limit to where these fun, exciting challenges can be located.

Imagine ploughing through the snowfields of Lapland on a snowmobile, 4X4 across the mountains of Portugal, Flamenco dancing in Barcelona, Cruising Lake Maggiore in Northern Italy or Flying helicopters across the olive groves of Mallorca.

Alternatively take a leisurely stroll around the town or city that your conference is being held in and get to see the sights from a different perspective whilst having fun.

We can produce a Treasure Trail that is tailored to your needs and if wished incorporate business ideas.

The recent explosion in Satellite Navigation (Tom Tom’s etc) has created yet another form of treasure trail, something we have been using for years is now a more commonplace gadget and using (‘Sat Nav’) Global Positioning Systems to find ‘waypoints’ is both fun and challenging.

Whichever format you choose extra challenges can be built in, solving riddles and gathering information, photo missions, and scavenger hunts, finding characters (actors)…and more (Subject to budget).

How is it run?
We can deliver events, on foot, bicycle, people carriers (MPV’s), Taxi’s/Black Cabs, Limo’s, Vintage Cars, mini-buses, boats/Rib’s or even helicopters! The treasure trail is set according to your time constraints, and teams could if wished be accompanied by an Instructor or Facilitator who will help if there are any difficulties. Each team is fully briefed and given colour coded quiz packs and rucksacks in which they carry their equipment. There is always someone on hand to answer questions should a team get lost!

Where can we do this?
Although based in “Great Britain” we have had great success in Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Belgium, France and Italy. Treasure trails can be set almost anywhere in the world and are not weather dependent. We do supply waterproofs

How many people can participate?
We can organise ‘Treasure trails’ for as few as 6 people or for much larger groups even as many as 350 plus (we normally recommend 5-7 per team) but can have up to 12 in a team.

Well simply loads, from a simple on foot trail to fully themed events with complex challenges built in! as a rule the trails fall into the following categories:
